We will deliver and set up your flower wall at a mutually agreed time prior to the event. Standard pick up will occur either the same day (typically within 1-2 hours of the event ending) or the following morning between 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, depending on the event type and venue requirements.
Yes! Delivery, setup, and tear down are always included so you don't have to lift a finger. We'll make sure your wall is secure, perfectly styled, and ready for photos.
Delivery is free within 20 miles of Amanda, Ohio. For events farther away, we charge a small travel fee: + $25 for 21-35 miles, +$ 50 for 36-50 miles. For locations beyond 50 miles, we'll provide a custom quote.
Each wall measures approximately 8ft x 8ft. They're the perfect statement piece for photos, ceremonies, sweetheart tables, or corporate backdrops.
Yes! Our walls can be set up indoors or outdoors on a flat, stable surface. If outdoors, they must be protected from rain, strong winds, or extreme weather. Please note that flower walls placed outdoors will be picked up the same day as they cannot be outside overnight.

Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Our walls are made with high-quality silk/artificial flowers, but they're far from flat! Each wall is built with 4D and 5D layered blooms, giving them incredible depth and dimension. They look stunning in person and in photos - most people can't believe they aren't real.
We know that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and we'll do our best to work with you. If you need to cancel more than 8 days before your event, your deposit will be non-refundable, but no further payment will be required. If cancellation happens within 7 days of your event, the full rental fee will still be due since we've reserved your date just for you.
For safety reasons and to avoid damage, our team must handle all wall setup and tear down. Once placed, the wall cannot be moved by anyone other than us.
At this time, our flower walls are rented as-is. We do not offer add-ons yet, but we're happy to help you style around them to match your event vision.
